 | We have performed a thorough platform review starting with our whole insect larvae and recombinant baculovirus through our purification processes. We use high quality materials for client projects such as those that are USP or ACS graded. Our downstream processes employ chromatographic and filtration-based separation methods that are standard in the pharmaceutical industry. Our platform has no animal derived components. |
The figures presented below represent a studied of different preparations of upstream, in-process and final non-sterile product for levels of endotoxin and bioburden. We found very low levels in all stages of production and final product. The specific controls implemented for any project are determined in consultation with the client. |
